Curious about resources for electrifying your home? There are current resources available at the links below and other incentives on the horizon from the federal Inflation Reduction Act.
-
Efficiency Works – Currently offering a bonus rebate for all-electric homes (three times the normal rebate amounts on air sealing/insulation, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, heat pump water heaters, and smart thermostats).
-
Boulder County - Comfort365 program that helps consumers explore options and connect with contractors and incentives.
Here is a useful calculator tool from Rewiring America to help consumers understand what federal benefits they may be eligible for in the future.
Also, check out the LoveElectric website, which has a page specifically for helping consumers find rebates across the state (by utility). LoveElectric is an initiative of the Beneficial Electrification League of Colorado (BEL-CO). The LoveElectric website is not as specific or inclusive as Efficiency Works or Boulder County sites, but expect it to keep pace with what happens at the state level in 2023 and 2024. Plus, it’s just a really helpful website for all things electrification.
